Lars Niels Jensen, recently named “Denmark’s most eligible Danish billionaire bachelor” has finalized an agreement with John Mortimer to purchase Millennium Running for 3.2 million in cash and future assets expanding the billionaire’s worldwide action sports empire. Jensen, heads BSASI, an ever growing conglomerate of sporting events in Europe including the “Continental Breakfast Endurance Series” and “The Emperor’s New Obstacle Course”, which was inspired by the famous Danish author Hans Christian Andersen’s moralistic tale!

The deal includes a consideration of 40 thousand dollars related to sale of left over Santa suits and plaid kilts. The price Jensen is paying for the assets in Tampa, FL., as well as Portsmouth, NH., will be adjusted when the transaction is completed.

The purchase is running tycoon Lars Niels Jensen’s second major deal this year, bringing annual sales at BSASI businesses to more than 15 billion. The acquisition also makes Jensen a stronger competitor to BAA, NYRR, as well as Competitor group.

Lars has agreed to keep the existing Millennium Running staff intact with the inclusion of Danish incentive bonuses.
