Millennium Running Announces Girls on the Run NH as Official Charity Partner for 2026

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Bedford, NH — On this Giving Tuesday, Millennium Running is proud to announce Girls on the Run New Hampshire as its Official Charity Partner for 2026. The partnership underscores Millennium Running’s longstanding commitment to supporting youth development, empowerment, and community health across the Granite State.
The announcement comes as Millennium Running also celebrates the success of its 2025 charity partnership with the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire (ARLNH). Through the generosity of race participants, donors, and community supporters, Millennium Running raised $30,517 for ARLNH this year.
With this contribution, Millennium Running’s all-time charitable giving total now reaches $2,255,237, supporting hundreds of organizations over the company’s 14-year history.
Millennium Running will feature Girls on the Run New Hampshire in seventeen of its 2026 signature events, providing enhanced fundraising opportunities and visibility to support their transformative programs statewide. Additionally, Millennium Running will be helping the organization produce their Girls on the Run Spring 5k on Saturday, May 30, 2026 and the Girls on the Run Fall 5k on Saturday, November 14, 2026.
“Inspiring life-long confidence in girls is at the heart of what we do! Girls on the Run is so much more than running. As every girl crosses the finish line, they know that they are inherently full of power and potential,” said Jen Hubbell, executive director of GOTRNH. “We are truly honored to partner with Millennium Running in 2026 as we celebrate our 25th anniversary as a GOTR council. Our two organizations are focused on health, wellness and the joy in running. 2026 is going to be so much fun!”
Girls on the Run New Hampshire inspires young girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident through a curriculum-based program that integrates running with lessons on critical life skills, whole-girl health and leadership. The organization’s mission aligns closely with Millennium Running’s vision of promoting active lifestyles and strengthening communities through running.
“As runners, we know the power of movement—and as a company, we believe deeply in the power of community,” said John Mortimer, owner and founder of Millennium Running. “We are thrilled to support Girls on the Run New Hampshire in 2026 and to continue investing in organizations that make a real difference in people’s lives.
“I’m incredibly proud of the $30,517 raised for the Animal Rescue League of NH this year, and grateful to every runner who helped us surpass $2.25 million in total charitable giving,” added Mortimer.
