The Elliot Announced as Title Sponsor of the Manchester City Marathon
New Name, Same Mission: The Elliot Manchester City Marathon Returns November 9, 2025
Bedford, NH – Millennium Running is proud to announce The Elliot as the new title partner of the Manchester City Marathon. Now known as The Elliot Manchester City Marathon, the iconic event will celebrate its 19th running on Sunday, November 9, 2025, bringing thousands of athletes to the streets of New Hampshire’s Queen City.
The race weekend will feature a full marathon (26.2 miles), half marathon (13.1 miles), 5K (3.1 miles), and relay options for both the marathon and half marathon distances.
“Our mission at Millennium Running is to produce first-class events that not only bring people together through running, but also strengthen the local economy and support meaningful causes,” said John Mortimer, founder of Millennium Running and race director. “The Elliot Manchester City Marathon—and the tens of thousands of dollars raised annually for veterans—would not be possible without the incredible support from our friends at The Elliot.”
Coinciding with Veterans Day Weekend, Millennium Running is once again proud to partner with Swim With A Mission (SWAM) as the official charity beneficiary of the event. SWAM, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports military veterans and their families, will receive 100% of peer-to-peer fundraising donations from the race.
“We are honored to be the title sponsor of The Elliot Manchester City Marathon—an event that is a celebrated tradition, bringing people together in the spirit of health and community,” said Dr. Greg Baxter, president & CEO of The Elliot. “Supporting this event allows us to champion the well-being of our neighbors while also paying tribute to the courageous service members honored by Swim With A Mission.
SWAM will also provide volunteers and unique fundraising incentives to enhance the race weekend experience. “Swim With A Mission is honored to be part of this inspiring community tradition,” said Julie Taub, SWAM co-founder. “We are especially excited to bring our ‘Run With A Mission’ campaign to life, honoring the 96 New Hampshire service members who lost their lives in the War on Terror through an Honor Mile on the race course.”
